Refund policy
At Paperdope, we want you to love your bag as much as we do! If it’s not quite what you expected, don’t sweat it—we’ve got your back with our easy exchange policy. Here’s how it works:
When to Exchange:
• Oops! Something’s Wrong? If your bag arrives damaged or torn, no worries—just let us know within 5 days and we’ll swap it out.
• Changed Your Mind? Want a different style, color, or size? You’ve got 5 days to make the switch.
Keeping it Fresh:
• Original Vibes Only: Make sure the bag is in its original packaging, with all tags still attached, just like when you got it.
• No Take-Backs: The bag has to be unused and in perfect condition—so, no carrying it out on the town before you decide to exchange.
How to Exchange:
• Hit up our customer service team within 5 days, and we’ll help you through the exchange process. Once we check out the bag and give it the thumbs up, we’ll get your new one sent out ASAP.
Not Cool for Exchange:
• Bags that have been used, altered, or aren’t in their original packaging won’t be eligible for exchange—so make sure it’s in mint condition!
